Welcome from Miami&Queens NY!

I my case [2016 5.3 Tahoe] replaced the A/C Condenser at 80K miles, then the transmission at 125K miles, then the Thermostat at 150K miles. Replaced the Brake Booster twice. Since you got 140K miles some things were probably replaced.

Hopefully you got service records. I now have 212K miles on my Tahoe. Still take it on long trips. Get it serviced every 5K miles.

Welcome from N O R T H F L O R I D A !

bought my 2016 Tahoe LTZ with 132K

when I had to replace my stock torque covert with a Luk (~$450) version.
I had the TCM reflashed to lock up in 5 & 6 gear.

it wouldn't hurt to service the transmission (filter & fluid), if you don't have any records of tranny service.

if your torque convertor is still in good condition and not notice any studdler..get the TCM programmed.

a thermostat bypass for your 6L80 tranny lower the temperatures for the transmission (less than $40)
and it takes less than 30 mins.

front shocks..mine were the magnaride..you know if he frontend pogos because they are worn out.
the shock..~$300..took awhile to find them that cheap..had fun with a spring compressor..

Our 2017 Tahoe has been great.
Check the forum for the various 2015-20 threads and you'll get an idea of what to watch for or issues. At this point a lot might have already been dealt with.

In my case, ( 2018 5.3 not flex fuel), 153k miles. I replaced the o2 sensors at 100k, no other issues yet, but I've drained and refilled my trans at 60k and 120k, and I've been very faithful with oil changes and done the plugs at 70k and 150k too - I change mine around 40% remaining.
and I replaced my torque converter at 120k with a billet one because I tow a boat pretty regularly).
