Hi folks - This has been happening just about ever since I got the Tahoe back in the beginning of July. I tried to attach a video, but on my phone and wouldn't show as an option, so I'll try and describe the issue.

In the presets, I have channels saved through the third grouping of presets (scroll 3 times to view all my presets). When I get to the 3rd group in presets, it quickly jumps back to the 1st group of presets. The only way to get to the 3rd group and stay is to quick (very) select a channel in that group before it jumps back to the first group of presets. Only then, will the infotainment system stay in that group of presets.

Is what I'm saying making sense? Anyone else experience this? When I got the oil changed, I mentioned it to the attendant and they were going to check for updates. It seemed to be fixed for a while but soon reverted.

I've had the same issue with mine since I picked it up on September 29. It does it about 60% of the time and works as it should the other 40% of the time. Talked to the lead tech at my dealer and he said next time I'm in for service he thinks a refresh should fix it. Next month I plan to take it in for oil change, air bag recall and infotainment refresh.

That's what is happening with me. Yesterday, it worked completely fine. Good to know I'm not the only one. Thanks for the reply.

Go into the settings for the infotainment system. There will be an option for how many presets to show. Add a couple of extra pages, may make that stop happening.
