    2008 Yukon possible lifter noise?

    I have a ticking noise whenever I start the car on a cold start. It goes away whenever I rev it for a little bit. Could it be the lifters? I’ve read it could be a couple of other things, but it seems like the lifters is the most common issue.

    I managed to get a paper towel through there & it looked reddish/orange. I think it might be coolant instead of transmission fluid.

    Yeah it did cross my mind that it could be coolant. But I just assumed it could be the transmission because it’s so far back. But is the heater tee the same as t connector?

    Hey everyone, I’m pretty new to SUV/GMC trucks. Can anyone tell me if it’s necessary to push the tow button when I’m towing a 7x12 trailer? Or is there a certain weight I need to exceed first? I was told my trailer weighs 950lbs the day I bought it.

    I got under the car & that’s the same part I thought about unplugging. But instead I reseted the ECU & drove to autozone & back. & then everything started working fine after I turned the knob back into 2wd. Pretty weird, but I’ll keep an eye out for it.
