    i bought a used cluster from an 04 denali but the PRDN & the message screen only work. none of the gauges move but i do hear one of the stepper motors ticking. i am going to replace the motors and hopefully it fixes the issue

    please provide the ohm values how difficult is it to change the encoder motor? i will check youtube to see if there is a vid. how do i find out what transfer case i have? is there some type stamping on the case?
