Had the same problem back in Jan. Grabbed this oem pump, a new lock ring, and since it was -30° had a local shop install it.

Thanks for the response Nathan. I was thinking along those lines too but wasn't sure if that would add to the repair cost. Should I strictly sand and paint, or would I need to lay down primer also.
the paint on my black 2005 Yukon passenger side fender started to flake off. there was no rust whatsoever, and it flakes off exposing the underlying metal. due to the exposure to the elements its starting to pick up a little surface rust.
I know I'll either A) have to get it repainted or B)...
These 9011 hir are actually Phillips and 10 bucks apiece cheaper
