I belive based on my research and calling local auto parts stores that Murray PN DA 1046 is the proper part. I probably won't use the Murray part, but that at least gave me a PN to start x ref with. This was exactly my thinking. Thank you! Since there are multiple actuators, are they all the same? Or is there a specific PN for that particular one? I rigged itup by pulling the plug keeping it on cold for now. Not a permanent fix, and no hot option, but its summer so always cold should be... -

I only wanna hear from those who had this exact issue. I have no problems with it blowing on defrost when it shouldn't or anything like that at all. I think most of us shade tree mechanics know how bad the GM blend door actuators suck. Ours has the manual controls (no digital) if that matters... -

2005 Escalade ESV Gas Filling Issue
I disconnected 2 or 3 lines. All going to left (driver side) side of canister. I believe its 2 large lines and then 1 small. Can't recall off top of head. Regardless, I pulled them all loose and pushed air at the filler neck.- Blk00ss

2005 Accumulator Schrader Valve question
I have as well. In fact, I changed the switch on this one a while back. But I can see dye around it which leads me to bleieve its a slow leak from there And yes, I also can see now that there is in fact a scrader valve behind the switch. Now I gotta find a PN for it -

AC Delco has gone down the crapper like everything else
Hmm, thats odd. Yeah, in our case, I've used AC Delco PN 12677836 twice now. Both have failed within months. I literally took out and threw away a cheap knock off brand that I had purchased at Advanced Auto probably 5 or 6 years ago. I replaced it with this AC Delco one thinking the cheap one...- Blk00ss

Our '05 had a Chinese brand oil pressure switch in it for like 5 years and it still worked. But I thought maybe I should change it for a better quality part since we were chasing an oil leak. 2005 UQ7 Bose Speaker size question
Actually, after tons more reading and video watching, I have discovered non Bose are 6.5 both front and rear. Bose on the other hand is 6.5 front, 5.25 rear. Many with Bose have put 6.5 in rear, but it requires modifications.- Blk00ss
