Saw a thread like this in the OBS section. Thought it might be cool for us to do the same. Post up some pics of your ride from the recent storm. Here is mine after trudging through the 6" or so we got in Abilene. Safe at home the morning of the storm a few hours after pulling out a kid...- Bam

Look what the UPS man just brought me.
My MPGs when from 12 to 14 in local driving. I have only used the extreme tune so far, so not sure if the economy tune would eek some more out of it. I took it out on the highway for a little bit to see if the MPG improved any on that & I ended up right at 17 MPG for the short trip. Still have...- Bam

Sweet! Couldn't find any deals like that back in October when I bought mine. Mine came with the pod that mounts to the dash next to the driver's side A-pillar.- Bam

Correct...Unfortunately, the CS does the same thing as mine and is almost $500 because it is "prettier"...The whole reason I went with the $364 tuner over the $500 tuner. It looks nice, just not $136 extra nice to me.- Bam

There are other tuners out there that do the same basic thing. I picked this one because of the ease to change between tunes (or back to factory for warranty work) & for the display. The stand comes with it, and if they send you the wrong one (I ended up getting the NBS stand in the box) , you...- Bam

Look what the UPS man just brought me.
Install is a breeze. Plug in to the OBDII port and you are on your way. The most time consuming was the waiting for it to initialize & back up my original ECM program to memory. Here is a link to the user manual which will explain all of what it does...- Bam

It looks like I gained about 2 mpg since the tune. Now about 14 city/16 highway. But honestly I'm not sure if that's the tune or the fact that the speedo/odometer are accurate now since the programmer let me adjust for the bigger tires (275/65/R20). I need a decent road trip to get a good...- Bam

Random post...So nice to be back in my Tahoe!
So I just got back from a week in Utah for my job. Don't think I'm complaining because my rental car was paid for....but they put me in a light blue Mazda 3. :supergay: Felt like I was driving a power wheels! Everybody kept cutting me off!!!! 3rd Row Seat Storage
Mine are tucked away in my bedroom closet with a couple of sheets over them. The house I'm in now has a pretty big master bedroom closet and the Wife & I are more of a jeans/t-shirt type people, so I had plenty of room in the closet to spare.- Bam
