Been searching for the past month for a great deal and finally found one. Had to drive 100 miles to get it, but shes all mine now.

Got a few here and theirs but the body and paint is great. Pics are from my initial inspection.

Did some scrubbing on the leather seats and they clean up great. Need to replace the seat bottom on the drivers and armrest, but the rest is in good shape.

Does anyone know what diff gearing is on these stock?

Thanks guys! I know I can jack up the rear end to find my gearing, but anyone know what the stock gearing would be?

I want to say 3.73 came stock but not 100% certain. You can always do the jack up one tire and put a chalk mark on the tire and rotate 2x.

Congrats on finding such a rare beast. Those things are pretty cool.

Thanks for the reply. I will give that a go this weekend. Does it matter which side to jack up?

Yes, other Yukon 8.1's were almost double what I paid for mine. I am absolutely stoked.

Can't you look at the RPO codes to determine ratio?

Yeah, no need to jack it up, just look at the RPO sticker in the glove box. 4.10 is GT5, 3.73 is GT4, etc. Shoot a photo of the white sticker in the glove box and we can tell you everything you need to know about your truck. ;)

RPO is the fast answer assuming that they were never changed. But i would guess 4.10 as that is the ratio that most of the 8.1 HD vehicles came with stock.

Dude. That's a beast. Shouldn't matter what rear is behind that motor!
