hey guys i wanna install a kenwood ddx514 in my 2004 yukon xl denali and im kind new and i was wonder if you guys can help me out . i want to install the head unit and keep the bose but i dont car about steering controls or on star the reason why i cant cant change the high and mid is because i just bought a rf t40001bd and 2 FI btl=] thanks for your time guys i no this sound stupid but i just needed alil help thanks

Anywho I just installed my double din and used an interface that retains my bose and chime.. PAC OS2 is the one I used I think.. I will have to double check.

Ok, I would say give the guys at Crutchfield Electronics a call. Tell them what you have and what you want to do. They will be able to hook you up with anything you may be missing or will need to finish the install. They will get you going in the right direction.

Ok guys I'll call crutchfeild but I was just wondering to I need that harness or can I just color match the wires to the head unit ? Or is the harness my best bet?. Also with the harness I've been hearing alot of people hear altinator noise is this true ? Thanks guys you help out alot.....undercover how much would you want for it you can PM me thanks

I do have the alternator whine from my PAC.. I havent had time to get in there and do some ground work


It hooks up by rca's.. and it was loud.. I chunked in a noise suppressor for now. I think think next weekend I willl be able to get it fixed
