Are you checking the lights while in drive? Cause the vehicle has to be in drive for the drl to work

As for adjustment your gonna have to play with it to figure which bolts do what

Yes I had my someone check while I was in drive and nothing, I know they work as i tested them but the wires are short and are already spliced, how can I fix it?

Well check polarity first, make sure the + of the halos are hooked to the + DRL wire. and same with the -.

You can easily splice new wire on to make them longer. I would solder the new wires together and then heat shrink them for a secure connection.

Got them to work, had to put the negative of the halos/leds to the negative of the parking light.
