I am new Owner of a 07 Yukon Denali. Just wondering what are the exterior and interior differences on Denali's from 2007-2014 . They all look exactly the same to me.

LOL! That's funny.

Your '07 probably doesn't have factory bluetooth. This is a fairly easy upgrade as you can switch out the VCIM module located behind the head unit and replace it with one of the newer ones. Make sure you do some research on the various forums to see what works for your specific vehicle.

I'm not too familiar with the Yukon changes but the Tahoe got more chrome on the outside and a rear hitch close out cover for the LTZ.

I currently own a 2008 denali xl and a brand new 2014 denali xl. These are
the differences I have noticed between both so far..

2014 has less droning exhaust sound inside the interior
2014 has different side moldings, (they are slimmer, less bulky)
2008 has a chrome square "gm" badge near the side molding, (the 2014 doesn't)
2014 has 403 horsepower compared to the 2008 which has about 385hp
2014 has a different setup on the radio/display unit.
2014 has different texture seats, and they feel more firm, I find the 2008's seats more comfy..

I am not sure too much more is any different between the 2.

Interesting. The slight differences.

What about the parking brake release?

My 08 had the hand release brake lever. but my 2014 is released by kicking the parking brake a 2nd time.. I also notice that the rear of the front seats of the 2014 have vents coming out of them.

2007 Denalis had front and roof mounted side curtain airbags for all 3 rows. What was different in 2010?

I was always curious about the instrument clusters.

Mine has chrome around everything, I haven't noticed if the new ones have the same cluster or not.

Also, doing the bluetooth set up with a new VCIM in an older Denali, you'd still require the steering wheel controls and updated headunit as well would you not?

No, nothing else is needed for the Bluetooth to work. Just your button images will not be the same, but they will work the same as newer vehicles with Bluetooth. Voice control button will answer phone calls as well as make calls and the station/arrow down button will hang up.

I think you will loose your ability to say certain things like... "display night mode" "display day mode" to get it to automatically change display brightness.

Can someone with the VCIM Bluetooth Upgrade confirm this?

2010 added side airbags, in the front seats as well. Kind of like the NBS airbags. The leather is designed to split at the seam when it blows.
