Sticker shop. Gm sent a letter saying we can no longer sell caps with gmc logo.

Man i love these wheels. A set of 22s would be awesome. not sure if id want black or chrome. and wont happen anytime soon either.

Some questions on the 375 for you folks that have these in chrome.

Are the Barrels also chrome plated, or painted? Some pics I see of these, they look sort of grey?

If indeed all chrome, do you folks go to the length of also acquiring chrome plated Tape Weights? I know they can be gotten.

the are chrome but texture finish. As for chrome tape weights you can buy them but when they come balanced from us usuelly use gray

Curious Felix, what size tires you running with your 22's on the Yukon
Forgive me if this has been answered here before.

If I do this, and go with the 22's, I'm thinking of going with the Nitto 421Q in 285/45-22".

I'm thinking 305/40-22" might be pushing it a bit too much as far as width, and diameter. Don't wish any rub issues at all, nor do I wish cranking the bejesus out of the T Bar Keys, or needing different Keys-Etc.. Don't plan on doing any "Dukes of Hazzard" jumps like the General Lee! LOL

Mark, I'm running a 33x12.50R22. I'm also leveled 4" up front and 3" in the rear. The 285/45/22 and 305/40/22 can both be run on stock suspension. I have 305/40/22's on my escalade that has no suspension mods and doesn't rub at all BUT it's because they're on the Nitto NT420S road tire. If you do an aggressive tire, it WILL rub.. just ask Ben :)

Thank you Felix for your reply.

I'm currently running 275-70/16 Mich LTX, and a 16x8.5 wheel. And never had any rub problems.

That's why I'm thinking a 22x9, with a 285/45-22 will closely mimic what I'm running now as far as tire width and diameter, wheel width, and hopefully, these repros don't have some goofy offset where I'll have rub either inboard, or outboard, or something else.

Lots of nice repro wheels, and of course a myriad of customs, but I'm not looking to throw-blow $4k+ of some Foose wheels on a 17 year old, chevy Tahoe.

Just so I can be the "new fool on the block" for a "look", who's got more money than brains.

Tony will most likely be getting my business. I'm in no rush, and am wisely choosing-deciding which wil be the best route all around.

And nope, no more off road tires for me, at least at this point in time, don't really need them. If I were to move to Fargo, ND, well that's a different story entirely on needs of a tire-wheel requirements for sure!
