Hey everyone, so I've been a little busy over the past weekend building my front bumper. This is what I have so far. Hopefully will have all the fabrication done tomorrow. Need to add a skidplate and do a little welding.

That looks killer I'd pay for something similar with a winch mount in the front!

Finally finished yesterday afternoon! The foglights are Rigid Industries LED Dually Floodlights, which are bright as hell. I used self etch primer and bedliner to paint the bumper and then welded it to the framerails. I'm really happy with the way it came out and need to come up with a design for the center of the skidplate whether its welded on or punched out, so any ideas are welcome!

2" main beam and 1 3/4" everywhere else.

I need opinions on the grill and headlights, paint housings black on the lights, dip the grill all black, or both?

Your prerunner bar looks beefier than mine even though I used 1 3/4 too... just an optical illusion I guess. I dunno man, your setup looks good to me and I like the white grille. Black head light housings would look good too.

Keep the grill white! But do swap to black headlights and parking lights!

Nice! This might be my favorite mod I've seen at this forum. I'm used to the 4x4 where we weld and fab our own parts.

How do you like that bender? A friend modded mine to prevent crimps and flat spots. I have yet to try it. I'm excited though.

Which gauge steel did you use?
