got a deal on some ltz 20s

so my friends dad bought new wheels for his silverado and took his ltz wheels off. since i work at a stereo shop, he inquired about adding a 4channel amp to his existing stereo work. i ended up installing a Memphis 4channel amp i had laying around into his truck and gave him $200 and the ltzs were mine. so heres the wifes tahoe all cleaned up with the new wheels on.

heres a new pic of under the hood. i dipped the engine cover and fuse cover in carbon fiber. im gonna go back and paint the "vortec" on the engine cover red.

and i built a bracket to flush mount the backup camera

soooooo......whatcha think guys?

yeah the more shes learning about these LTZs the more shes appreciating them.


this is exciting news.....the other day i was surfing the forum on the laptop and she looked over my shoulder and asked about a pic. i told her it was a 2500hd front end swap and her respose was "i REALLY like that and i dont care what it takes, thats gotta happen to the tahoe!"

It really does work out perfect. It puts the hitch ball at the bottom of the radio screen and helps me load the trailer by myself.
