Street Scene SS Front Bumper

So i need to replace my front bumper and the cost of the OEM one is about the same as getting the Street Scene SS Bumper Cover....

What is eveyone's thoughts on the SS bumper. Do you think that i should get it or just replace the OEM?????

**side note...i have the 6.2L so the SS Bumper is kind of fitting

What is wrong with your front bumper first of all? I am a big fan of the SS bumper cover so I vote that route but just curious.

Doesn't the SS one GO OVER the factory bumper? I didn't think it REPLACED it. So, I think you need to get your factory bumper in working order before you put the SS over it...

It's also possible that I have this all wrong.

i got rear ended on wednesday and they pushed me into the car in front of me. only damage was the rear bumper and a dent in the hatch and the front bumper has a small "scrape" in it but it is totally still usable. so i can glue the SS bumper to the OEM and cover the "scrape".

looks like im going for it. thanks for all of your opinions

Yeah that's what I was worried about as well. Glad it was just a scrape man! Looking forward to seeing it on your truck! We'll need pics for sure.
