Since i didnt see any pics when i started this project i figured i'd put some up.
I am removing mine to run the wires for a DVD headrest system.
Back of the panel has 8 hooks total...2 large ones at the top, 4 release hooks on the side and 2 release hooks at the bottom
First pic is the entire back of panel
This pic is the2 Large top hooks
These are the side hooks and note direction they face to release
These are the bottom hooks and note the direction they release
Start at the bottom 2 hooks and either use putty knife to slide up the bottom to release hook or you can do a push in and up with your hands on the outside like i did.
After both bottoms release you need to work both sides to release them, Again a putty knife to get in to the clips works like a charm. Once the bottoms are released the sides become very easy to remove.
If this was posted somewhere oh well maybe it will help someone.
