Bout time to re-tire. Looking at the Goodyears LS and the Bridgestones Duelers. Always happy with the GY's but I noticed the Bridgestones are also stock equipment. Anyone ever swapped from one to the other and notice any difference in wear or noise?

I'm rolling on the stock Alenza's...they have about 45K on them and probably will be good for another 7-8K.

I put a set of Cooper Discoverer HTPs on the wife's 08 Tahoe (17s)...a lot less $$$ than the Michelins and have a 65K treadwear warranty. So far so good, but they only have about 5K so far on them. If they continue to wear well, I may look at a set of 20s when the Alenzas wear out.

Michelin LTXs are great...had a set on my 06 Denali that had 35K on them when I traded and still looked brand new, but they are NOT cheap.

Tires are a conspiracy....

If one brand truly lasted more than a another, every one would have that brand.

FWIW, I'm a huge fan of the Bridgestone Revo AT's and as soon as the Dueler AT's on my Z71 are ready to be replaced, that's what's going on. I had 2 sets of them on my 01' Z71 and I absolutely loved them! Quiet on the highway, good wear, great in the rain and they absolutely ROCKED in the snow!

Plus they look good! IMO

I have the bridgestone OEM tires on my 20s. No complaints here. super quiet and looking at the weights on the wheels, they balance pretty good.
