Thinking about these 6" springs but the 5.5 I have now ride awesome and if I buy these what would I do with these , and the helper bags
And then the rear will look lower in rear than in front right (I have the 3-5.5 kit)

I hate to say it, but it really looks like the guys that wanted the springs have already committed to buying them. If I could scrape together the cash for a second set, I certainly would to get these made.

front would be
belltech spindles
keys
belltech camber kit
rear djm hardware kit
6 inch rear springs
belltech rear shocks
belltech front shocks
spohn panhard bar (to recenter rear end)
$1220 shipped

or you can do
front belltech spindles
front djm lower a arms
front/rear belltech shocks
this 6 inch spring
djm hardware kit
rear spohn panhard bar
$1370 shipped
This kit would be adjutable 4-5 inches in front and ride better

what would be the difference between these springs and a set of trailblazer springs that have some dead coils cut off?

---------- Post added at 09:25 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:22 PM ----------

and how would these compare to 5305s?

i guess some could put a 2 inch spacer and make it a 4" drop spring? do you have numbers on spring rates?

so for people who want to do a 2/4...

- 5305 coil
or
- 6 inch coil with 2 inch spacer

what would be a better ride?

for people that want to do 4 inches in rear these are the things you need for best ride
the belltech 3-4 rear kit
rear djm hardware kit and I include new short bumpstops
rear belltech sp shocks
560 shipped

you will need to do the free travel mod.

i've read a lot on here and still dont get it!!!! different info on each thread...

this thread talks about the best 2/4 kit.... (not what you said up top)

http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44773

if you want the best 2/4 kit and have a autoride truck that link above is what I run on mine and its great. also added in the spohn panhard bar and spohn lower a arms. It just depends on budget you have set aside.

But when i tried buying your old 5305 springs you said you ended up switching back...

If the trailblazer springs ride better than the 5305s, and the new 6 inch springs are better than the trailblazer springs... My thinking would be to put a 2 inch spacer on the new 6" spring (since spacers only affect height, not ride quality)

Ill leave this alone and do my own trial and error. Ill probably start with 5305s

The 5305 i went to due to the towing issues with the smaller tb coils.

Tony, with the 6" spring and air assist bags do you anticipate any issues towing? At some point I think this truck will do some pulling (enclosed single car trailer).
