Sheesh ... how many NBSers does it take to install a dome light? :insane:

If we were not all so busy helping an NNBSer finding a new FU FU Denali, we could possibly concentrate on the more important things in life!

Go and look at Juergen, ....................

This reminds me of the time you NBSers tried digging a hole:

picture.php

Whatever happened to Andre anyway?

Probably looking for a bulb.

What WHAT? Is my English bad? (No comment now Chauncey!) You heard me correctly!!!!!

I heard the click when the passenger vanity mirror opened. Since then, the problem seems to have gonme away!

HUh, bad english, Nope, understood just fine. One of those what, no way it worked that easily and this whole thread no ones said anything easy. lol

Nice for sure if that solves your problem, it doesn't make sense just as much as the original reason for making this thread!! Something about GM's wiring, especially when the earlier trucks (02 and older) didn't have that problem!! They can't seem to leave good things untouched!!

No sense of this thread, im still wondering what happened to angel, the OP.

Gm's wiring suck, its a way to make more money.

and serge and jochen, i dont even know what you guys are talking about, but still laughed. lol

and it takes about 5 of us so far to fix a dome light. lol

Five?

It takes that many of you just to find the bulbless truck.
Another ten to open the door ...
Six to cork the key so you don't stab yourselves in the eyes ...
And we're not even at the bulb yet ...
However ...

... it's a good group. :waytogo:

Btw just to warn you ...

I can all but guarantee that JW is working on spreadsheets, schematics, schedules, task lists, shifts, eating and sleeping breaks, for all of you to accomplish this an efficient and satisfactory way.

Cause if you think he's going to leave at 'well I'll be a dummkopf, darn thing went and fixered itself' you got another lederhosen coming.

It may take a lot of us, but we will get there eventually. One day interior LED users will live in peace and brightness.

Heres a vid of the problem. hard to tell in video, but when i push the dome, (the side the relay is on, is dim) but when i push it, you can see it get brighter. then hear the noise

Trust me Mr. "I TRULY wish I WAS German, because I am as, if not more **** then any member of the German culture", if my lights stay as is, I am done here and will no longer get my Lederhosen in a bunch.

If this crap starts all over again on the morning, I will send JUERGEN the German over to London to see if he can come with a fix from the TOMMYS!

congrats on the baby! :party33: I've been super busy lately and havent been posting a lot. Its nice to see us NBS'ers are making some progress! We definitely need pictures from people who have done this successfully. Also i would like a pictar book instead of a thread, if at all possible... :insane:

The problem is, the two people who are working on this problem(myself and Chris... well I'm just brainstorming, Chris is the one with the Harvard degree, lol) actually don't have this problem and have no way to test. And the guinea pig(Mike) can't grasp the concept without a color-by-numbers picture!
