Just ordered the Weather tech interior for my 2010 XL Denali - I was disappointed it's a little more vinyl than rubber and made me feel like I was tryign to go back to that 1970's era vinyl Suburban - disappointing with $627 and I'm sending it back.... I would not recommend.

That being said I have had Weather teck rubber mats in 2 of my last 4 sedans and that thick soft rubber was worth the $ - Not this time.

Did your have the 2nd row bucket seats or bench? I got one for my 2010 but the center aisle between the 2nd row bucket seats does not fit properly. It seems as if it was made for an entirely different vehicle. I took picture and spoke to one of the people there and it's been over 2 weeks still waiting to hear back from them on how to exchange for another one. I used to have it on the 4runner before and yes, it seems to be more rubber in the previous version compares to this version. It's a bit harder.

I have 2nd row buckets- fit was fair but I was expecting rubber and got vinyl skating rink for my bullmastiff so I sent the whole damn package back ~ $600 or so and replaced them with...train horns :)

I was highly disappointed with the cargo area liner as well. So much so that I never completed the set with the floor mats. Don't get me wrong, the cargo liner is better than nothing back there, but for the price, it really stinks.

Have you ever looked into the Husky mats? I really like them and have had them all the way around in the last 4 trucks I have owned. They are more of a ridgid hard plastic material, very easy to just pull out and spray off. Not everyone likes them though, but they have always worked well and looked good in my trucks. They are also about 1/2 the price

Making Weather Tech mats usable

I bought a set of Weather Tech mats for my 2007 Denali XL and was sick when I saw how slick (slippery) they were. I called Weather Tech and complained and all the desk help could do was to read verbatim the clenaing instructions that came with the mats (ie; no harsh chemicals,,,yadda, yadda). So I took Windex and a scrub brush and really scrubbed those suckers and viola! no more slick surfaces. They have performed well ever since. I think that the slippery feel was due to a mold release agent that adhered to the mats. But Weathertech should fix this or at least know what to tell their customers as to how to get rid of this problem.

i actually like these mats aside from the $

I have the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd row (center aisle) and i have to agree, it is slick at first. After a few months it became normal on its own (losing the slick like feeling). Very pricey but I personally think they are awesome... they are laser cut to fit the edges with a lip on it for extra protection also. I would recommend them!

I only got the weathertech front mats. I use a rubber mat that I cut to fit for the cargo liner. With my line of work, I need both of the areas covered well, but the custom cut mats fit so well, and wrap over the door sill. The cargo area is not as important for exact fit for me. As for the second row, I have plans and drawings and binders stacked up through there all the time, and I rarely have backseat passengers, so I never got them.

Anyway, the weathertech front mats were well worth it for me, and I thought they worked out great. I would buy them again.

I just ordered a set of front, rear and center Weathertech Digi-fit liners for my 2007 Yukon last night. Reading this makes me a littlenervous of the quality. I didn't like the looks of the cargo liner as much as I like Husky cargo liner so I plan to get that one instead.

I bought the full set of weathertech for my Tahoe. I also have them in my 04 silverado. The only thing I was dissapointed in was the time it took Car ID to ship them. I ordered them on Jan 6th and they didn't get here till the 31st. Other than that, they were good to go right outta the box, exept for the cargo liner. That came rolled up in a box, so I unrolled it and left it in my living room till it flattened out (24 hrs). Really happy with the fit and they weren't slippery at all.

I paid $314 for the full set for my 10 Tahoe. Two front liners, 2nd row liner(bench seat) and cargo liner fit for the 3rd row bench. It has the cutouts to use it with the seat in place, but that ain;t happening. Whenever I use the 3rd row, I'll pull the Cargo mat and put the stock 2nd row floor mats back there.

I put my Digi-fit liners in 5 minutes after they arrived. They are not slippery as others have mentioned and I am pleased with the construction. The front and 2nd row liners fit very well. The center liner fits the contour of the floor but I would have preferred if it had overlapped the 2nd row floor liner. The way it is there is a gap between them but I think I can live with that.

Has anyone bought the set designed for the Yukon xl. Have you used specifically used for an Tahoe, and how was the fit?

I have the WeatherTech Digi-fit Liners for my Suburban (I'd say very close to the XL) and they are awesome! They fit great! I have the full set minus the Cargo Mat and definitely glad I have them especially now that it's winter. In fact, just last night my 2 and a half year old spilled a drink back there (we'd just come from Culvers) and instead of worrying about cleaning up the carpet and stains I just had to wipe the mess off the mat and nothing go to anything that'd cause any damage :waytogo: WELL, worth the money spent on them.
