Factory BOSE system

Did the factory Denali BOSE system come with a sub woofer? I just pulled the left rear panel on my '06, assuming that was where the sub was, and there was nothing there. Can I add a sub to the stock system? If so, is it just plug and play? Thanks for your help. I'm a complete newbie with stereos, so any help would be appreciated.

04 and up yukon's the sub is in the center console in the front by the dash.

Try JL audio stealth box. Replaces center console sub. Huge improvement and easy install.
