I had 8000k HID lows and fogs.

I now have...

DDM 55w 8000k lows
35w 4300k highs
DDM 35w 6000k fogs
DDM 35w 6000k DRLs
DDM 35w 6000k reverses

I am thinking about replacing the highs with 55w or higher and possibly dropping the DRLs down to 25w.

How did you get the reverse HIDs installed? Direct fit?

No. The reverse lights and DRLs are H11 bulbs held in with lots of silicone. The bulbs fit well, but will not lock into place at all.

Just please don;t set up the DRLs to illuminate when the lows or highs are on.
There is some ******* with an 04 Silvy around here who has his that way... and everytime I am anywhere in traffic around him I want to get out with a hammer and correct his electrical malfunction in a semi permanent manner.

Ha ha!

I thought about putting the DRLs on a switch in case I needed some extra light on a dark road (with no other cars around!) but there is plenty of light with the 55w lows. Throw on the highs with the 4-high mod and its daytime again!

Just took a bunch of night pics. Will post them soon...

Yeah, I'm not sure if I like the DRLs or not. They are crazy bright! I am thinking about trying to retro in projectors. Not sure if this will be possible or not yet. I have to buy a new set of parking lights and take them apart to see if it will work or not.

It is very dark where I live which is exactly why I wanted the HID reverse lights. I can't see a thing backing into my driveway! They help, but I still have to put the window down to see through the tint. If I keep the window up I still cant even tell I have reverse lights!
