Hi there, brand new to the forum and seeking advice. We have owned several Suburban / Yukons over the years without issue. We bought a new '22 Tahoe RST Diesel 4 years ago, and within months the issues started and have not stopped. The rig has been in the shop around 25 times now for issues ranging from electrical, mechanical, engine and everything in between. Many issues were ongoing or are still ongoing as well as many of them including today rendered the vehicle undriveable. Upon the initial warranty about to expire, we fought hard and got GM to extend the warranty with the idea that we will debug this "COVID" car and be good. We are now about to run out of the warranty again and the problems are only increasing. We are outside both state and federal lemon laws.
We feel that we need to demand compensation from GM. We find that most Lemon Law attorneys are mills looking for easiest cases and quickest conclusions to their cases. Looking for direction on how to best handle this with GM and or referrals to any Oregon licensed law firms that would be best for this. Thank you in advance.
