SOLVED - Suspension Control Module (SCM) Wiring diagram and routing needed to diagnsoe C0615-06 code - Service Suspension System

Does anybody have the Suspension Control Module (SCM) wiring diagram and routing. I have a C0615-06 - Left Front Acceleration or Position Sensor Circuit - Low
Voltage/Open code and no 5V at #1 pin in the B152LF Suspension position sensor - left front. I need to trace the wires from the sensor to SCM, knowing routing would help in finding the loom along the frame/chasis. Also I need to know which pin they terminate at the SCM.

It would be helpful to know what truck you are asking about - make/model/year/trim

I would suggest that you go to left front position sensor (a unit the size of a softball with a 1/8" inch diameter rod attached to it and the control arm) and pull the electrical connector and see of you have any voltage there. You may have a failed position sensor, if you have voltage at the electrical connector.

I need to trace the wires since I don't have 5V Reference a the LF connncetor pin 1, the other 3 sensors have 5V reference voltage and the low and high readings change when the arm is moved. I opened the wiring loom above the spare tire that goes into the SCM and I did not see any broken wires. I need to make sure I get 5V reference on SCM connector pin 36 and then trace the wire loom along the truck and find the break in the wire.

OK. So, you disconnected the wires on all 4 wheels and tested all of them for the reference voltage, and 1 didn't have any voltage? And you tested for the reference voltage with the wire disconnected from the position sensors?

have you probed the wire a few inches back from the shock connector? harness ends are pretty typical breaking points.
if you have a test toner you could connect to the positive pin and see if you can trace the tone to the break
also verify the ground continuity.

Probed it all the way to the fire wall. Its broken soemwehere between the firewall and the cross memeber above the spare tire.

Maybe run a new wire if you can't find the break, just zip tie it to the harness

I fund the break in the wire. It was right above the rear most cross member where the harnes splits into two legs, one leg goes to the SCM. The vibration against the cross member wore through the cloth wrap tape and the wire, 5V signal to the front leveling sensor. I still need to do the MRC trim height reset. That is going to happen in the next few days once I have time to go see a friend that has a scanner.
