95 Tahoe, just replaced directionals with LEDs, With headlights ON and running lights on the driver side the one directional is significantly brighter than the other (see photo) when directional is on dimmer of the two only blinks the brighter one stays solid. With headlights OFF directional is normal with hyper flash. I have a video that better shows it just unsure how to post it in here, just confused as to why it’s doing this. Going to get relay to satisfy hyper flash

UPDATE: Wire wheeled all grounds from back to front, replaced engine ground to frame, than frame to body. Fixed issue oddly enough. Thank you for everyone’s input

I would remove, clean and reinstall ALL Grounds. After 30 years there is probably some resistance in the ground circuit.
Woulda ground in the back have any effect ? Going to do this any way, i also just disconnected the 4 Way plug for the trailer connection

I'd swap the dim and bright LEDs into each other's socket and see if the dim moves to the other side. That will help isolate whether is is an LED issue or contact/wiring issue.

List of grounds at the link below, and you can find wiring diagrams on that site.

OK. Then inspect and clean the contacts in each of the sockets, to ensure that it is not a simple connector corrosion issue. A small flat screwdriver and some brake cleaner fluid should clean up the contacts for you.

Did this as well had all the factory yellow electrical grease. Cleaned out with lil flathead and put new electrical grease
