I have replaced my cooling fan fuse box multiple times. Last time I replaced it about 2-3 years ago and it was fine until now. This time it's only 1 relay port that is burnt. I also cleaned up and regrounded the ground onto the frame nice and snug.
I do have 1 more spare fuse box I can use, but dont want to install until I can figure out what the heck is going on. If anyone has had this issue or knows about it please help me out. Im tired of having to do stuff to my truck. If it 1 thing it's another.

hard to say, in my experience the fan motors have burnt the connections inside where the harness connects.
might be something to check, have had the hvac airbox fan motor do the same.
I chock it up to the motors maybe starting to fail and having too much resistance and stressing the system
in my case I replaced them with new motors
maybe try some higher quality relays, like HELLA

If I put some wire in the burnt relay port to make more snug so itll make contact only 1 fan turns on. If I switch the connectors around on the fans the other will work. After doing that the "fan" stays on when the truck is off. On the realys though I just got whatever autozones cheapest was.

Added a spacer to negative battery terminal, Replaced relays and fan kicks on at around 226°. Wiggling the the battery cables they seemed like they were snug till I tightened them up. ( I was wrong) so far the fan issue is working as I hope it should.

Too much resistance on the fan circuit (poor connections) or the fans are drawing too many amps. Thats whats cooking these things. Sounds like you have changed most everything except the fans. I'd be putting an amp probe on those fans to see what they are drawing.
