Does anyone else with a 2015 to 2020 ppv have a hot plastic smell after driving? It always seems like it comes from the grill area after driving it. Short distance or long distance doesn't seem to really matter. I've checked all of the wiring and any of the ppv wiring has been disconnected or at least I think.

Not on our '18 PPV, but I DO get that from our '25 1500 AT4. Very disconcerting, but figured it was probably fresh plastic outgassing with heat cycles.

just keep an eye on your fluids and if nothing changes then it's probably nothing to worry about.
i.e. what you are smelling may not be plastic, could be coolant, transmission fluid, etc.
also inspect your belts well and look for any black residue on pully's, like tiny specs of black stuff, that would be rubber, which would smell more like plastic than anything else
