Like some suggested, you can get an all thread cut to length or the adjustable bar. When I did a baby lift on my 16 suburban, Maxx suspension sent a piece of metal bracket that moved the stock sensor bar up with shock extensions. Magnetic/autoride still functioning, rides like factory.
Do you have the auto ride air shocks on the rear? I'm looking to buy the ReadyLift evel kit 2.25" front / 1.5" rear but it says not to use with auto ride. They also sell that extension adapter and wondering if the adapter will work with the auto ride?

Yes, I have newer oem shocks and struts for front and rears and they all function as they should. About $350 for everything through suspension Maxx.

I’m not 100% sure the main difference between autoride and magnetic ride, but I’m sure they function through that sensor rod. Weather shorting or lengthening it if you lower or lift a vehicle. I had an 07 Escalade that I lowered and had to get shorter rod for autoride to function properly.

I see some for sale online for lowering but a quick search did not show any for lifting nor the size,
you could take one off, record the length as it is, then remove a end cap and match it up with some threaded rod at the hardware store.
then after you install the 1" adapters measure the difference and use the new rods to replace the originals. (cut to length) as needed, it shouldn't take much really
Sorry to bump a old thread. But I finally got around to replacing my rear sensors and I figured I'd try to do the all thread trick while they are out.

I can not for the life of me figure out how to get these end caps off.

Any suggestions?

That's how they come apart.
The metal rod ends in the plastic are serrated and to get the plastic ball end off you have to pull them apart. No way to unscrew them.

Gotcha. Just don't want to ruin them trying to get them off.
