Another P2138 code please help

I am having an intermittent P2138 code, and I've been doing a lot of research here but I'm at a loss.

2007 Tahoe LTZ 5.3

I've replaced and have done the following:
Replaced TB - Acdelco
Replaced Pedal - Acdelco
Removed the fuse box and cleaned the connections there and applied grease
Replaced the connector at the pedal by disassembling the old connector and installing a new connector. I did not re pin the wires as they looked to be in good shape.

I can collect any data from the pedal that anyone needs, just let me know.

Sometimes it can be fine for weeks, sometimes it will throw the code and reduced engine right after putting it in gear.

Can you look at freeze frame data for the code when it sets?

Yes I can get that for you no problem. I also know there is a TSB but I am not sure what the Instrument Panel to harness connector looks like, or where it's located exactly.

I also was able to snag this when it was actively having an issue. I don't know if this helps at all.

@firstgenon24s Did you inspect the wires on the throttle body connector? That was my root cause of my issue. According to the dealership. It also grows my new pedal sensor, also according to the dealership. I would replace that with GM genuine, replacing as much wire as is practical.
