2021 RST with the headlight adjuster issue. Can't seem to find a reliable was to contact a service rep. Back in the day every zone had a service rep. We were in the Philadelphia zone and it was possible to contact a rep. Now they made it a maze of emails and forms and nobody ever replies.

Good luck.... the rep usually, ONLY speaks to the dealers..... You will have to bribe your dealer service guy. The rep 'OK's" a dealer's warranty question. Not YOUR concern. ( I had to go through 3 different dealers to service, their mistakes, on my warrantied truck.
I figured. Sadly, my dad closed his dealership in the late 80's so I have no more contacts.
I think you're wasting your time. It's extremely unlikely they will communicate with you or reply to any emails. A personal visit to a dealership is your best choice. You may have to go to more than one to be happy.
Unfortunately, you, the consumer are unable to speak with or directly contact a GM zone/ district rep. All communications happen between you and your issuing or local dealership. Dealership service writer and/or service manager will only reach out to rep if whatever your issue is, happens to be beyond their empowerment to correct. Why are you trying to get in contact with a rep if you don’t mind me asking?

As stated, they are there for the dealer and don't interact with the customer. Its not their job, you have to deal with a dealer. Even if you call customer service, they call the dealer and if the dealer tells them to pound sand, not a thing they can do because they do no hold any clout with GM. They are just a vendor hired to run interference between you and the dealer. The dealer in your only friend, weather you like it or not.
My father was a Chevrolet Dealer and I can tell you service reps whothat worked the Philadelphia zone occasionally came and met with a customer to discuss an issue.
It's been so long for me I don't have the contacts anymore.
It's a matter of finding the contact.
The issue is the headlight adjuster that seems to be chronically failing and replacement is 1500 bucks.

I had warranty issues with my '88 GMC C2500, back in 1989. I was able to speak with a corporate person at GM's office.
Even they were beholden to the local rep. It took me to the 4th dealer , to TRY to, resolve the issues.
One of the issues was my oil filter leaked at the seal. The dealer asked me, " What filter do you use? " ( I answered, " Fram" )
He said, that was your problem.... ( ??? )
I was at an NHRA drag race at Pomona... The GMC tent was next to the Fram tent. I brought the GMC rep to the Fram rep....
I told them the story...... I got a call from the dealer on Monday.....
They found the problem... The surface, where the 'O' ring meets the filter was never machined. ( They got me a new oil filter adapter... I had a stock oil cooler )
