I had this happen on my 2023 Suburban probably 8 months ago. Had to schedule with the dealership to get a new OnStar module installed. Don't bother calling OnStar as they won't help.
Should be covered under warranty.
Hassle but nothing else you can do.

I went to the dealer after OnStar had me shut off the vehicle and wait 5 minutes with the driver door open and then restart which did no good and they said to take it to the dealer because there was probably a loose connection. Had not had the software update yet. Service guy told me the software update would solve the problem. i didn't think so but didn't say anything because he may have been right? He wasn't. The module is on backorder. Says it will be here in a week to 10 days. Not holding my breath.

Found the touchup pen on gmpartsdirect for 15.78 dullers +19.01 shipping and cancelled the 57 dealer order. One other site wanted $65 shipping? Not!

You can get the same touch up paint by Dupla color for around 23 bucks at autozone or Advance auto etc. by dupli color. Same stuff.

Also found it on Amazon for 23.99 with free shipping with >$35 purchase. Other GM paint pens from $20 to $28.

They told me several weeks for backorder when I had to get it replaced but it came within a week.

Just noticed my 22 suburban has no onstar and no compass. Goes to a dealer this Friday.

About the touch up paint or pen, I have found the best place to purchase this is from Dr. Colorchip. I have used them for years, and they have the most accurate touch up paint.
2022 Yukon Denali slt no Onstar light. I checked fuse (F12) on passenger side fusebox and voltage to the fuse everything checked ok also tried reseting all modules by disconnecting the Neg Battery terminal and nothing. anyone have any ideas. a few forums point to the F Module- 84961365. one question R those modules Vehicle specific or could be interchanged without programming ? I appreciate your input .
I have a 2022 Yukon with the same issue no blue light for Onstar and I called Onstar and they told me everything looks good on there end; I should take it to the dealer to have it checked. my question to luckylou did the dealer replace the module to have it fixed how much did it cost? Thanks.
