2017 Tahoe Harsh Downshift with Pop

2017 Tahoe 5.3 with 118k miles, bought in Jan with 111k miles. I have been noticing a harsh downshift when braking and almost like a pop sound from 2-1 when braking. Transmission fluid and filter was replaced right when I bought the car. No codes. I got a custom tune which has helped but not eliminated these issues. Anyone know what might cause this or how I can fix it?

Had a very similar issue. Replaced the motor mounts and it took care of the issue.

Thanks. I got the paperwork from the dealer and the mechanic replaced both motor mounts, flushed transmission and replaced shocks all before selling it to me

Both engine mounts were Jan 24 prior to purchasing it
