front heated seats upper back section

the upper back section of the heated front seats will not turn on, the lower seat switch works ,,not the upper

Pad might be burnt, when that happens the wire breaks and the grid looses connection, happens over time

both front seats upper went bad driver side first now passenger side. there is a post about a 07 Cadillac that replaced some pins in a electrical box under the passenger seat
