First post so apologies in advance for whatever I'm doing wrong.

I plan to car camp in the back of my 2014 Tahoe SSV this winter for some weekend trips skiing. I'd like install some cabinet structures on the inside of the rear windows to both insulate and provide additional storage. Anyone have experience with something like this? Or have an idea on how best to heat insulate and keep something attached in to the car in these window pockets?

I bought not available but something close to this or look up "Rv window insulation"

Used butcher paper to make a template traced about a 1/4 inch over for corrections and you can push it behind the trim, used Spray glue and covered it in a thick black fabric had some leftover from another project. Helped on my camping trip in march in the desert.

Wow cool rig! Thanks for sharing the pics. I thought that cot was hanging like a hammock for a second lol. You've got a generator in there?! lol.

Good call with the butcher paper as a template. I'll give that a shot, thanks.
