Little late but Merry Thanksgiving lol.

I’m a white as vanilla frosting but my wife and family are Filipino. This is how they get down , way better than the traditional turkey


And I’ll stop you right there ..... the counter top is under construction

Took a page out of 05Single’s build book (page 2 to be exact)

went to black out the billet bowtie, seen the blue reflective vinyl left over from last bowtie.

Looks white in pics but the last pic shows the actual blue glow .

Already knowing the blue by itself was going to be too bright and look like poopoo I threw some light tint over it in hopes to match the body color as close as possible

Still got the glow

But come daytime I seen it needed another layer of tint. I’ll finish that up tomorrow.

Also if you didn’t already notice I went into winter mode which includes yellow lamin-x on the fogs

mmmm....orange NOS , so bad but taste so good

did the same to wife’s car too

Refinished some used lights I night off a buddy since he upgraded to the L bar eBay lights that everyone and their mother has now. Including a set of Denali heads I plan to retrofit later just because.

Then he wanted them back plus to have me tint them the darkest tint he could find on the interwebs (hey it’s his truck lol)

I’ll be honest , they didn’t look bad and still had usable light with hids , I was surprised

Again looks better on someone else’s vehicle tho

I do have plans for the L bar lights. Either switchback or rgb strips inside the strips

Part of winter mode I decided 2020 was such trash that I’m obligated to put on the oem fender flares . Also got a set of used led tails for cheap and threw them on for giggles. I wanna like them but as is I can’t. I think a black border is needed , maybe more.

Cleaned up the winter dubs

after , wheel polish, glass cleaner, denatured alcohol, acetone , grease/adhesive remover , lacquer thinner, paint stripper and didn’t do crap on cleaning the back of these wheels ..... Acid from Lowe’s did the trick.


This will be the last time you’ll see the Ltz 22s on here forevererererer......

then a hood polish on the face was much needed..... Magnificento, that’s French for hell yeah brother

Wanted to colormatch the bowtie on the center cap in a subtle way. Used 3coats of black then 3 coats of blue plastidip , already knew it was too bright , so I lightly dusted over it with black to darken it up.....it actually worked lol

Used some left over tint to tint the high beam spot that’s not being used.

Swapped the morimoto mini H1 version 7.0 to the newest 8.0 version. A redesigned projector that has a brighter , whiter , and wider beam than the previous version. Comes with a blue lens and J slope shields for a smoother and just plain sexier cut-off

But it means I’ll lose the etching and red passive demon eye. I’m actually okay with that tho.

Also removed the lower lip too. Didn’t wanna chance it getting ripped off during winter since I went down another 1.5” after the HD bumper swap

Had a visitor show up the other night , woke me up around 3am . Looking for left over Halloween pumpkins, they love them. I have video of it, pretty cool. I can hear my guns screaming at me to let them out but not allowed to kill this sweet tasting animal inside city limits

Was about 15 degrees outside , crazy how these animals survive

Found an old aftermarket led 3rd brake light . The one I blacked out when I put in the window strip. It just fell apart in my hand. Tried oven cleaner and it worked for dechroming like most other lights. Looks pretty cool.
min case anyone even cared this is how it looks lol

Leds are directional so the missing chrome won’t effect output

Which acid did you get from Lowes? I got some GTAs I gotta try to clean up.

Lol this stuff , mixes well with orange juice for a late night cap

detailers group on fb told me to get acid wheel cleaner, well I checked and there’s none either just in my town or all of Alaska , which doesn’t surprise me. I tested it in a small area and it seemed to do the trick so I sent it.
