I replaced the R.F. cv axle shaft since it was a year ago that the other one blew up. While I had the wheel off, I rotated the tires and adjusted the torsion bars properly. It had a floating front end feel, I found the bump stops were not touching the control arm at all. After adjusting that, I let the LQ9 clear its lungs and took it out on the highway. Now it needs a good cleaning.
Does it feel better now?

Part # on the bearings used??

AC pulley bearing: 6001-2RS
Idler pulley bearing: 6203-2RS

If you are absolutely crazy (like I am), you can also replace a plastic tensioner pulley with this one:
DAYCO 89051

It's from some Ford, but made of steel with a replaceable bearing. Fits perfectly on our LS tensioner.

It’s a lot easier when the heads are off, huh? There’s a couple on mine that I can’t get a straight shot at with a drill. I had to use the damn clamps.
I was gonna use the clamp, but then I noticed 2 were missing not just the one so I just did it the correct way. Turn around time was a day in a half.

Yeah well I’ve got a Whipple and some of the bolts that hold it to their intake are almost impossible to get to; 2 that are under the left side where the intake plenum overhangs and 2 in the back under the firewall. It took me all day just to R&R the thing last time and I’m in no hurry to do it again. So clamps will be fine lol.

Mine wasn't much better when I 1st got it. I took it COMPLETELY apart. Every single part that could come off, did.
Yours came out really good, nice and clean. What year did it come out of?

I believe it was an 03,when I first went to the Esky and got my brake light, cluster, and appliques the whole thing was in one piece, its been 2 weeks since then,he scrapped the truck and just kept a few odds and ends on it,doors and such, didnt cross my mind at the time to get the console, luckily he relisted the other parts today and saw he pulled the console for sale, even went and ordered some leds for the clock when I install it.
