2nd Row Captain Seat Not Folding

Does anyone have suggestions on what I should I look at for 2nd row automatic folding seat that is no longer working? The motor engages and tries to work but nothing engages to move the release lever to allow the seat to flip and fold.

Are you able to fold the seat manually?

Yes, seat folds fine manually. I can hear motor operating but it doesn't engage to fold and flip.

I’ve seen in another forum there are strut tube assemblies inside that give out.

Still no luck getting the auto flip and fold to work. Any one else have thoughts?
