Swapped my headlights

Not sure if the photos do it justice but I went ahead and ordered new headlights. Put them in in 20 mins and it cleaned up the whole look of the front. Very pleased wit them for around $100 bucks!

My eBay ones have shown failure in short order. The driver headlamp is showing condensation.

Contacted seller. Maybe blowing smoke but said to give it a while and see if it clears up.. otherwise can ship a new one.

With the aftermarket lenses, you always have to run a bead of silicone around the lenses, and some dialectic grease on the gaskets--where the bulbs twist in behind the lenses. Seems like every aftermarket lens allows moisture to get in.

I always put electrical tape around the connector seals and have never had condensate built up on my aftermarket headlights/blinkers.

that is not impressive in the GMT800 you can swap them both in 5 min W-body 00-05 both in 2 min flat that is impressive. so if you reach under and pop the hood you can say good bye to your headlights in 60 seconds .. fog lamps ? gone in 10 seconds

both were easy pickings, by theft

never happened to me though
