Anyone with 2020 Tahoe/Yukon what is your idle RPM?

Hope someone can share with me idle RPMs when truck is fully warmed and when at a stop in D on their 2020 Tahoe or Yukon. Thank you.

my '15 was 500. i had BBP raise to 600. its been great since.
500 was just a little bumpy from time to time

You would think they would raise the idle on the previous years to get rid of the bumpy idle some of us are having vs changing out motor mounts at a huge expense. Guess they have their reasons.

Interesting find, this is a 2020 5.3 brand new truck for sale at the dealer in NC. Notice the RPMs, fully warmed up idling at ~500. So there is variability in the idle RPMs even in 2020 trucks...

Wonder if the change happened sometime during the production year? These photos look to be maybe mid summer based on foliage and sun angle. Just my .02

The idle adjusts, is raised or lowered, based on many different reasons. Such as ambient and engine temps, electrical load, A/C compressor on or not and the list goes on.

GM idles the engine as low as possible for fuel efficiency and emissions purposes. My SV6 Pontiac was a low idler compared with the '99 and '04 and would often feel like she was stumbling but it never stalled.

Same thing with our GM V8s and is why BlackBear slightly raises the stock idle.
