Looking at getting the Magnaflow muffler p.n. 12594 with dual 3" inlets and single 4" outlet. Does anyone know of a 4" tailpipe that will be fairly close to lining up with this replacement muffler? I would think with the big demand and amount of diesel trucks out there something might be available that would crossover. It's going on 2001 Yukon XL with 8.1L

TIA

I took the stock exhaust from my crew cab Duramax along with a Borla muffler and the shop cut it at the Y, mashed the 4" pipe to join the left and right side pipes, welded the 4" on and made it work with the single Borla muffler. It sounds awesome

It's obviously dark so no. I still have cats and manifolds just the 4" diesel exhaust where the Y pipe meets. When the headers go on I'll do 3" section from the collector to where they are side by side and then use the Flowmaster dual 3" in single 4" out. That merge is spoken highly of and if you find an exhaust shop that removes the Duramax exhaust you'll be thankful. I'll grab a clip tomorrow and let you add what you think
