Part # for wheel liner bolts?

Hey guys,

My Tahoe came missing some of the 7mm wheel liner bolts. No big deal I thought - found some replacements on eBay, but they started rusting after 2 days (while the original 12 year old GM parts are still black). Any idea what the part # for these are?
