I ordered SL1s for highs, lows, and fogs on Black Friday. Are you running them in your highs? I actually cancelled my order for high beams yesterday cause I didn't think they'd fit in front of the core support...

I am running the Supernova V4.0 9005 LED bulbs from headlight revolutions in my high beams.

They fit without any modifications to the bulb or core support on my Burb.

I was running their Supernova V3.0 in the low beams but one of the bulbs went bad and since they have a 2 year warranty, they swapped them out for the high beams bulb instead at my request because I wasn't sure if the V4.0 would fit in the low beam location due to the cooling fan on the back of the bulb.

V3.0 had flexible heat sink that could be moved around the core support.
V4.0 has a fan on the back.

I am also running Morimoto 35W HID bulbs in my low beams. I ran these before switching to the V3.0 LED bulbs and after the one bulb died I went back to the HIDs.... they are super bright and have a great cut off line in the factory headlights.

I also have a curved 42" 500W LED light bar behind the lower grill.

Yes I have both sets of the SL1's in HI & Low and clearance is fine no mods. Same when I had the OPT7 H11's in but they caused me to get flashed so I ended up adjusting my lows way down. No adjustments and plug-n-play with the SL1's. I think a little less light output over the OPt7 but still good output and cutoff with OEM housing. There is still clearance behind both without rubbing anything.

Well I guess I'll just buy the highs again later on if I like the lows and fogs. Thinking about getting H1 projector headlights from Black Flame Customs next year, and if I do that, might just sell the lows on here.

Headlights - I'm running 35W HID bulb conversions from DDM tuning. Lots of light, good cutoffs, I don't get flashed, and they were only $35 for the pair.

Fogs - I'm running a set of high output LEDs from superbright LEDs in the Denali, and some high-output LED bulbs from Amazon in my Suburban.

I'd purchased LED headlights for the Denali also from SuperbrightLEDs, but one went out after six months, and then I started getting a flicker on the replacement. So I went back to HID.

These ones?

Did you need the harness, error eliminator or adaptor cable?

Nope. Just the light kit and I got the mounting brackets for the ballast $2.99. Shipping was a tad pricey, but I was still under $50 for the order.

I found my order, and I got them in August of 2013. So 5+ years with no issues whatsoever.
