Spyder aftermarket HID assemblies?

Hi Everyone,

I have been contemplating get a 900 series for a few months now and doing my due diligence on the forums. I think I have it narrowed down to the 07-14 Tahoe.

One of my biggest concerns with my last 4 or 5 vehicles has been lighting. I always wanted to do an actual HID retrofit but I just don't think I have the skills to pull it off.

So I am tooling around on FB and a come across this video. It seems like it could be a dream come true!

Has anyone heard of this before? Spyder reflectors are made for HID bulbs? I have never come across anything like this before in my research.

Can anyone speak to the legitimacy of this? One way or the other? I look forward to hearing any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, or experiences from you folks!

We suggest Hids for your car if you really want to just upgrade the light output, and get rid of the halogen old bulbs. Our Hids are designed for reflector and non reflector housings. We guarantee 100% satisfaction but if you are really thinking about getting something better and going an extra mile we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the custom headlights which can involve led projectors or hid projectors but we like more the led projectors we have since it’s all plug and play and you don’t need led bulbs to work with. I have these, light output is terrible but I knew that going in. Im going to be doing a low beam retrofit at some point this summer wit trs parts.
