What leveling kit would you recommend?

There seem to be a lot of different options for leveling kits available and I'm wondering which one would be recommended for a 2008 Yukon Denali XL. Looking for something in the 2"-2.5" range up front and 1" in the rear. Hoping to run 33x12.5r18 or 305/60r18 afterwards.

Buddy just did 3.5 inch rough country with 305/55/20's. Nice kit, drops the dif and comes with upper control arms to help with axle angle and alignment. Tough look without ripping the crotch out of your skivies every time you get in. There was some trimming. 33x12.5 should clear without much issue.

01Konvict thank your for all the advice you've posted on this forum. After reading more and seeing what others have done I've decided to install some Bilstein 5100 shocks, bipass the electronic dampening sensors with a resistor and adjust the autoride ride sensors. Here's a list of what I think is needed. Notice anything that doesn't sound right or is missing?

Looks like STUPIDDR tried installing the bilstein 5100s with the RC 3.5" lift but it caused his cv to bind. This is my first truck suspension project so I think I'm going to start with the shocks and then see how it looks and drives to decide the next step.

All the parts look good. You can use original sensors if you don't want to buy new ones. I still think the 3.5 kit with bilstein will work. Those shocks are standard length but have different height settings. So maybe they were just set wrong during install. Or could be shock body diameter being that much bigger but doubt it.

I'd bet money he had them on something other than the lowest setting. I'm putting mine @ the third clip with the lower strut spacer. id put it on the 4th clip for 1.75" but then I'd want to drop the diff but the axles would hit the bolts for the lower struts due to the lower spacers. Is have to switch to upper spacers, but for now I don't need the extra 1/2". 3" of lift with some trimming will be more than enough.

I know i'm a bit late to the show but this is mine on CCM's 2.5" Kit front and a 1" spacer rear running 285/65/18 BFG KO2s. Very minor trimming to front bumper as I have a different bumper than you since I am a Z71.
