Where are your foot well lights?
Did they not put them on that year?
From the radio (and the lack of steering wheel buttons), I assume that is a '03 or '04?

Your the second person to mention the foot well lights for aslong as I've had it there was never any light there gonna check for any bulbs under there, and yes 03 after getting the Escalade and driving this I miss the steering wheel buttons

If GM included them, they'll be all the way to the outside up close the the front edge (closest to you) for the dash.
They die pretty quickly, so chances are they were burnt out when you got the truck.

I miss the steering wheel buttons on my '04 Monte Carlo SS.
I wonder how hard it would be to retrofit one on my truck that has the buttons?

Yeah he had a brake caliper lock up. The pads were metal to metal smh he was not driving at the time and then the transmission crapped out. He is a professional truck driver Otr. I'll get him on here I've been telling him how awesome this site is

They stopped including them in all trucks 03+
I had to add mine, took all of about 10 minutes.
The bracket is there on all trucks, just need to get the plug and wire it. Got my plug from a salvage yard and it already had some red leds in them lol, lucky find I guess.

What did you plug the wiring into for the footwells?

Wired the Bose sub to a Rockford amp. The 8" sub in the back and the factory sub sound pretty good together!

Also finally changed the B2S1 o2 sensor. No more check engine light

If you have the intake off you might want to do the knock sensors and harness, the valley cover gasket, and the oil pressure sending unit.

New intake bolts too the TSB says not to reuse the bolts
