Not sure what planets aligned, but I found a guy parting an Escalade and got the roof rack, rear vent appliqués, rear glass with third brake light, and wiper cowl end cap (without the antenna hole) for $160. Not only that, the Escalade was the same year, and same color as my Tahoe. Just need a nice day or two to get it all installed!

Mine is Dark Blue Metallic. 1 in a million shot, since Escalades don't come up for parts around me too often!

Definitely a good score but I'm not sure they're exactly the same color. As far as I thought they have their own exclusive paint colors. But maybe I'm wrong.

There was some clear coat damage on them, so they actually look better in black, Imo.

Today I scored an OEM HD hood for $55 from a salvage yard with no dents and in all around decent condition. It just needs a little paint correction. Let me know what y'all think!

I was so surprised when they told me the price when I called about it. I was ready to offer $150 plus my hood as a trade, but they told me $55 so I jumped all over it!
