Wrong shock extender?

Got the supreme leveling keys installed. I was going to install a 1.5 inch rear spacers but could not figure out how the shock extenders go in. Are these extenders for regular non auto ride shocks?

Those look nothing at all like my DJM's. I think those are the wrong ones, don't see how they would work.

The boxed end goes where the shock is mounted in the stock position and the open end is where they shock will bold to. All this done on the rear end side of the shock.

They would not fit without widening the gap where the shock bolts on . Or at least banging them in with a heavy hammer. Also the only way I could see them going in was by spinning the shock to align with the bolt holes but I tired and the shock would not spin. Anyone have experience with these or know if they sent me the wrong one?

I think those extenders are for the front shocks. They look like the ones I just bought for the front of my 2001 Tahoe. I ended up not using them because I picked up some shocks that were designed for my lift.

Pretty sure those are for the front shocks.

You can't use them on the rear for air ride shocks as they don't spin. Need ones from rough country 3.5" kit 07-14 rear shock extenders for auto ride shocks. Those can be used on regular shocks that allow spinning.
