What is the knob for that goes where my pocket is? I saw another pic on here where there is a knob like my headlight knob where my pocket is. Is that for 4 wheel drive?

Did you mix up your dash trim, Ive seen wood grain as well as the brushed nickle trim, but never together?

Really my 07 avy and 08 tahoe both had exactly the same as the OP's pic.

Im sure its just me - seemed like I saw a bunch of wood trim on several tahoes when I was shopping around last summer, my z71 was the first one with all nickle trim that I saw, matter of fact, it was a selling point cause I liked it so much better than the wood, anyway I quit shopping and bought the Z71. I just don't remember the others I test drove that well appearantly.
