Driver's rear tail light was forged up, finally got a chance to look at it. Here is what I found,1/2 cup ofI water. I wondered why it stayed forged for so long 
You can tell it's been there for a while, the chrome on the backup lens is rusted / flaked off. When I went to take the screws out of the housing they came out easy, like I can tell someone one else had it out. Also, the bulb holder was lose in the top one. On the pass. side I took that one off too but the screws cracked when I took it out like I broke the seal.
