2001 Tahoe 5.3 4x4 lt front passenger noise at highway speed could be at normal speed but cause of my magnum exhaust it's not notable. Front brakes are all new ball joints new and cv axle new. Not a vibration or banging sounds like howeling no movement at 6&12 on tire

You have larger offroad Nitto, Toyo or other tires?
A video clip could help if you can.

Rotate your tires and see if the noise moved or goes away. Then you know if it's the tire. Anything mass produced will have a bad apple every now and then. If it's your tire and they are new then take it back. They should replace it.

Groaning/howling sound from front end is likely due to one or both bad wheel bearings.

I agree. Sounds like the wheel bearing(s) could be your culprit like everyone else has stated. They tend to show their ugly faces at faster speeds. If the noise changes with road textures than it's the tires though. If the sound doesn't change tones then def bearing(s) and change lanes to transfer the weight of the vehicle from side to side. If you change from right lane to left lane and the sound goes away then it's the left bearing and vice versa... but you may already know that.

Pull over, turn off the engine, sit real still. Boom! Noise is gone. Problem solved... (drops mic and walks away with a slight pimp strut).
